The above identified company (Company), represented by the above-named individual, wishes to become a Full Member of the SOFC Commercialization Association (SOCA), a non-profit corporation of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania (Corporation) with the rights and obligations of a Full Member as described in the Corporations Bylaws, a copy of which is provided with this Membership Application.

The Company understands and agrees to participate as a Full Member of the Corporation in accordance with the Bylaws, including the payment of an annual membership fee. The annual membership fee for 2002 is $2500.

The Membership fee is not deductible as a charitable contribution for federal income tax purposes.
