Randy Brown
Southern California Gas

Mr. Brown is with the Technology Development Group of Southern California Gas Co., the nation’s largest natural gas distribution utility. Mr. Brown joined the company in 1992. His duties in the Technology Development Group include identifying needs of customers in the areas of distributed generation, food service, and low Nox combustion technologies. He then works with industry and the RD&D community to develop new products to meet these needs and bring them to market. He also scouts for new investment opportunities for SoCalGas in the energy market, primarily focusing on fuel cells. Mr. Brown holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of New Mexico.
